Partnering with us as a to develop a Topic National Call to Action means you can champion the topic most closely aligned with your organisation, and develop it in collaboration with us here at Eco-Schools.
Thanks to support from the players of People’s Postcode Lottery we have been able to act upon the feedback of our schools. Redesigning the Eco-Schools website, restructuring the Seven Step pathway and creating age specific resources will all further support our hard working schools on their journey to the international Eco-Schools Green Flag award and beyond. We hope you like the improvements and that they inspire and enable you to integrate the Eco-Schools programme into any educational setting.Good luck, we look forward to hearing about all the amazing Eco-Schools work you are doing.
Energy: The Pod
The Pod runs the national campaigns; Switch-Off Fortnight, Waste Week and What’s under your feet, these campaigns help the whole school, parents and the local community engage with important environmental messages. Their three, award winning, campaigns are perfect for schools old and new to the programme who are working on energy, waste and biodiversity: perfect for a first Green Flag school looking for three topics to work on!
Marine: David Luke
Pioneers of eco-school uniforms made from recycled polyester plastic bottles since 2012, David Luke have been our active Litter topic sponsor for many years. We are very excited to announce they have recently become our new Marine topic sponsor as they have been searching the UK for the most influential 16 young people under the age of 16 in the fight against plastic pollution, litter and other sustainability-led issues.
