As a charity Eco-Schools works with businesses and other organisations to research and develop new initiatives and resources for schools, whilst continuing to develop and grow the programme. Bupa Foundation
Working together to help make our communities greener, cleaner, and healthier.
We’re working together to help young people and teachers feel confident about delivering environmental actions in their school, local community, and beyond. Over the 2023-2024 school year, our partnership aims to reach over 300,000 young people through offering free teacher training and developing a new innovative, easy to deliver, and impactful Eco-Schools project. Together we can make our communities greener, cleaner, and healthier.

Supporting and appreciating the natural, creative, and built environment through activities that promote awareness and understanding.
Since 2018 Eco-Schools England has been supported by Player’s of the People’s Postcode Lottery through Postcode’s Earth Trust. This support has helped the Eco-Schools programmes continued development. This year the Earth Trust will be working with the Eco-Schools Team on our annual Cut Your Carbon campaign and our new carbon calculator tool for schools.

Calisen is a leading owner and manager of essential energy infrastructure assets – making them perfect supporters for our Energy topic. Currently, Calisen is focusing on smart meters, and how they can help transform the energy landscape in Britain moving our nation towards decarbonisation. Alongside Eco-Schools, Calisen aim to cut energy use in schools and involve young people in energy-saving behaviours.

As a real estate services company, supporting Eco-Schools School Grounds Topic in 2023-2024 is a perfect fit for Cushman and Wakefield. Through their charitable foundation, Cushman and Wakefield aim to positively impact the world with a particular focus on the success and wellbeing of children and youth – the future leaders of our built communities.

Proud supporters of our Litter topic.
Beginning in March each year, The Great British Spring Clean is the nation’s biggest mass-action environmental campaign. Each year, Eco-Schools work alongside the Great British Spring Clean team on their Great Big School Clean offshoot. Last year volunteers pledge to pick more than 400,000 bags of litter from our streets to improve communities, protect wildlife, and show that even small actions can make a big difference!
